Immigration rules in Florida now penalize incoming people. Florida is dependent on tourism and agriculture, whose workers are those being penalized and discriminated against. Schools are in trouble: of the 67 school districts, 61 have changed superintendents within the last three years. Colleges and universities are having trouble recruiting faculty. Schools are turning into corporate entities.
