TALLAHASSEE – Tomorrow, Governor Ron DeSantis will take time away from weaponizing state government in opposition to popular statewide ballot initiatives to travel to Ohio to pitch his failed “Florida Blueprint” on behalf of Bernie Moreno, an anti-abortion extremist and used car salesman who steals from his employees.
After Monday’s news conference, the DeSantis Watch group issued a statement condemning the Florida governor’s continued use of state dollars to go after Amendment 4.
“DeSantis continued his weaponization of state government against his own constituents by coordinating a taxpayer-funded press conference with the political campaign opposing Amendment 4 in his quest to silence the voices of doctors and patients suffering under Florida’s extreme abortion ban,” said DeSantis Watch spokesman Anders Croy.
